I worked for years to create the life and health I want. I still work at it. I studied dance, nutrition, and movement. I tried fad diets, junk science, and unsustainable exercise. I struggled against outside expectations and fought myself. I had highs and lows finding my path to harmony.
Now, I'm a competitive dancer, but I certainly wasn't always on this path and often didn't and don't feel capable of the work required to pursue this dream. The difference is that now I'm working on my dreams with radical self-love and harmony with myself. I am surrounded by inspiration from incredible people working on their health and dreams.
I am confident that I can help people on their journey to stop fighting, create harmony, and be radically on their own side to improve their health sustainably.
Lissy has a Bachelors in Business Administration and an MPA from the University of Utah and is pursing a certificate in nutrition from Stanford University. She left a career in business finance to pursue her dream of dance. She is an amateur aerial pole dancer. She loves inventing and cooking delicious, nutrient dense food that nourishes body and soul.
Kayla Dimond has been devoted to the practice of Yoga, sound & vibrational healing for 9 years, & has received three intensive yoga teacher training certifications with 600 hrs of YTT & over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. With this devotion, she brings forth a new way to approach physical movement that invokes a greater sense of nourishment & love for the Body, Mind, & Soul.
In Kayla’s classes, you will not be challenged to keep up or push yourself physically, rather to slow down, honor your body & be more present than ever before to experience your Self & your senses through a new lens of compassion & grace.
Kayla understands that everything is made of vibration & energy & therefore she is intentional by holding very sacred heart-centered space in all of her classes with her presence & mindfully selected music.
She holds space for all levels of practitioners, from no experience at all, to intermediate, guiding everyone in class through a self-awareness journey to deepen appreciation for their body & the miracle of their existence.
